Sleep Doctor has a very collaborative work culture across departments and teams, with everyone from leadership down willing to jump in to help ensure the best solutions are found. Growing company with many opportunities to take on new challenges and improve/optimize existing processes. Great office space with many excellent office dogs!
Cons
Growing pains associated with a newer company finding its footing in a challenging, post-pandemic, macroeconomic environment. Main office is located in Seattle, which comes with the challenges of commuting, parking, etc for those who live outside of the city.
