      - Work life balance - Trusting manager - accountable team - friendly and hardworking team - fun work events - comfortable working environment Flex hours

      Cons

      None for me personally. Aside from the beer industry struggling at the moment and I was unfortunately part of the lay offs, working there will always be a fond memory.

      Pros

      Rhe company has a lot of good people to work with - very friendly and helpful. Good work-life balance. rarely have overtime.

      Cons

      The location is not near Toronto - it will be over an hour of drive, so if you prefer the city life, it may not work out for you.
