      Hours are decent but the role is what you make of it.

      CEO is demeaning and very disrespectful to his colleagues. The bonus system is a joke...Not worth applying.

      I have none. Just people that fail or can’t do sales never last. People want the easy way out and blame the company.

      Pros

      The company culture is very positive and inclusive. Lots of opportunities to spend time after work. You'll be assigned a mentor that makes getting the hang of the job a lot easier.

      Cons

      The only downside is that it's commission based.
