Pros

I have been working at SlashDev for north of a year at this point and I can certainly say that this is perhaps of the best spot I've at any point worked at. The group is loaded up with learned and energetic people who are continuously able to help and support one another. The organization's obligation to utilizing state of the art innovation to foster inventive arrangements is really moving. I'm continually learning new things and working on my abilities, which is one reason why I love working here. The organization likewise puts resources into their workers' expert turn of events and gives amazing open doors to development and progression.

Cons

Nothing really bothered me about it.

Pros

I don't know what the pros are. Everybody keeps telling me if you work 5 valid days you get paid 800$ and that's working 1 hour a day

Cons

I can't get 5 valid working days in cause when I boost an app my account balance goes from 300$ to -380$. I pull every dollar I have and can barrow to deposit 380$ and the very next app I boost puts my account to -800$ and Im broke after putting my last 380$, so now I can't get paid 800$ for 5 valid working days (this is day 5) but it won't be valid because I can't finish my task so I won't get paid!

Pros

- Remote setup and exposure to international projects - Nothing else worth mentioning, since the experience was overshadowed by unfair treatment

Cons

- You can work for months, clocking hundreds of hours, and still not get paid - They will remove you from projects, time-tracking systems, and repositories to erase evidence of your work - No clear communication — excuses like “bugs” are mentioned without ever being shown or proven - Payments are not guaranteed; they shift the risk entirely onto the contractor - Management ignores follow-ups and leaves emails on “read”
