Remote working completely. Apple Mac to work on. Great people to work with.

Salary was low for the amount of work required.

- Opportunity to work with big tech names & learn. - Multicultural team: on any given day I get to work with colleagues from UK, Spain, and Greece all the way to Argentina. - You'll never be the smartest person in the room: the team is composed of seasoned professional and very intelligent people. Everyone adds a fresh perspective to the conversation, so expect to be challenged without being overly criticized or judged for new ideas. - Space to propose new ideas and go for it: the management supports those with bigger vision and is eager to give them space to pursue new projects that fall within the bigger strategic picture. - Great perks: from private health coverage and fair maternity policy to Amazon, Spotify, and Netflix vouchers, and a personal budget for self-improvement via courses or conferences. - "Work to live" not "live to work" type of culture: great empathy for people with young families and flexibility to adapt the work pace to life events and changes. - Women in leadership roles: roughly half of the leadership team is comprised of women. - Remote work: it does get lonely from time to time and is not for everyone. A person needs a really strong self-motivation and eagerness to contribute to the team without having over-the-shoulder supervision that is typical for non-remote workplaces. Works for most mature professionals, difficult environment for those who need to physically see others at work to feel motivated.
