- Amazing people to work with. Everyone is friendly, supportive and understanding. Team work is one of the core values and /Data team is one of the most connected, productive and efficient teams I 've ever been part of. Everyone is so smart and talented and I feel lucky I had the chance to be part of that team. - Flexible working hours. I 've never worked in the past for a company so thoughtful for employees' personal life. If you have a family and kids, you 'd love to work for /Data as working hours, paid time off and private life are always respected. - International team: as almost half of the company works remotely from all over the world, you have the chance to meet people from multiple locations and different cultures. Also the company always tries to build strong relations between employees, to make everyone feel included and to get to know each other better.
