Independence. I don't have anyone breathing down my neck or forcing me to be anywhere. I get to choose my own schedule and sometimes I don't go into the office for weeks. But then the other side is the team is super tight knit and close. We chat all time and help each other out. Jake picked a really great team. Also the studios have been something that my clients have felt are a good perk.

It can feel like a bit of a startup sometimes... you know. Not as much infrastructure as bigger companies. They don't have a 401K match for example. Sometimes things can get scattered (but it does always continually improve).
