Pros

Unfortunately, the drawbacks of working here tend to overshadow the benefits.

Cons

The phrase “Fiercely human” is more of a branding tagline than a reflection of the actual culture. Over the past year, I observed a consistent pattern of disregard for employee well-being, empathy, and professional respect from leadership. The work environment had a noticeable impact on my mental health. I was criticized for taking time off for religious observances, expected to attend meetings on my days off that led nowhere, and contacted during non-working hours to accommodate others’ vacation schedules. Technical feedback was often dismissed, even when aligned with client needs, and leadership pushed to meet deadlines regardless of long-term quality or system sustainability. Attempts to collaborate with client infrastructure teams were blocked, and being spoken to aggressively—even for issues beyond my control—was something I came to expect. Communication around deadlines and responsibilities was often vague or completely lacking. It left me feeling alone, undervalued, and blamed. Technical debt was knowingly introduced into deliverables, with no clear plans for addressing it. If you’re looking for a workplace that genuinely supports and includes its people, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. And if you’re a client, be aware that some of the systems delivered may be the result of burnout and shortcuts.

Pros

•There is an impressive budget, especially for high-level events, ancillary experiences, client giveaways, and premium swag. Management does not hesitate to fund top-notch brand experiences when needed. •The company offers a highly competitive benefits and perks package that remains a strong selling point.

Cons

•The "fiercely human" core value does not match daily operations. Collaboration is routinely replaced by a self-service model of training videos and help articles. •These recurring shifts are designed to manufacture the appearance of fiscal stability for the benefit of external stakeholders and clients, while leaving core operational deficits unaddressed. •Organizational maturity is low. Teams operate in deep silos, the internal tech stack is outdated, and there is a distinct lack of adequate project and event management software.
