Pros

Upper management truly cares about each individual employee. It is amazing that not only your general manager, but also the corporate level execs attend a ton of the local office's events. Intelligent People! I can't speak enough about the competence of my fellow co-workers. They are amazing leaders in the field that offer you all the challenges you could desire in a job. The company encourages and welcomes professional development. It is great to be at an organization that values its employees and allows them to challenge themselves outside of the normal client work. No Travel, which equates to a great work life balance. The Dallas office has a "Getting Naked" policy, where integrity, honesty, and ethics runs deep.

Cons

Paid Time Off seems a bit sparse and was not negotiable. Career advancement is a bit confusing and tends to lack definition. On-boarding was a bit lacking.

Pros

•There is an impressive budget, especially for high-level events, ancillary experiences, client giveaways, and premium swag. Management does not hesitate to fund top-notch brand experiences when needed. •The company offers a highly competitive benefits and perks package that remains a strong selling point.

Cons

•The "fiercely human" core value does not match daily operations. Collaboration is routinely replaced by a self-service model of training videos and help articles. •These recurring shifts are designed to manufacture the appearance of fiscal stability for the benefit of external stakeholders and clients, while leaving core operational deficits unaddressed. •Organizational maturity is low. Teams operate in deep silos, the internal tech stack is outdated, and there is a distinct lack of adequate project and event management software.
