-Started to take a turn in 2024 with layoffs - becoming like a lot of other consulting companies -Got rid of a lot of perks/get togethers, etc. which is understandable given how the market went, but they really started tightening budgets which meant no bonuses/salary raises for a while

Good culture, they don’t require you to overwork yourself.

Pay was low for level of experience. Once they stopped offering additional benefits like a company retreat, or even laptop upgrades the pay became even worse.
