Pros
You will meet some of the best people you will ever work with.
Cons
Management is a massive d*** swinging competition with all positions filled by a group of misogynistic egotistical men that have little to no care about the well-being of staff working underneath them, only caring about putting themselves further ahead of each other and the team. Daily OT is absolutely appalling with staff EXPECTED to stay well behind their finishing hours with no thankyou whatsoever. If you do choose to put yourself first and leave at your designated finish time you will be met with a cascading waterfall of guilt tripping **one manager even opted to start questioning every staff member that did leave on time, why they were doing so. How DARE they have a life outside this workplace** Workload is absurd, with sales still poaching new contracts when they can’t even handle or facilitate the work they already have. Constant lies from management about the projects in place to fix the workload and OT, when most projects are implemented to make more money. No thanks, appreciation or recognition from upper management to the staff on the floor doing the work. The people who get thanks at this workplace are the ones sitting behind a desk and playing ping pong throughout the day. Turn over obviously extremely high so most of the time the place is understaffed, sick leave is high as people need mental health days regularly. Injuries through the roof due to little or no rotation for experienced staff who are expected to “hold the fort”. No bonus system in place because the rich don’t agree on giving away money.
