Pros

There are no positives about this company.

Cons

Disgusting company that has zero care for people. If your company is acquired by Skyvera, here is their playbook (directly from the COO): Goal #1: Get high cost legacy employees out, get any keepers aligned and get Crossover resources (remote staffing company owned by the same parent company....see their reviews) ramped to take their place. They will host a day 1 meeting and not give any indication of the hell about to come. You will then be tasked with creating knowledge based articles and videos to train cheaper crossover resources. Within the first month, you will be given a pay to quit option paying you 4 weeks to agree to quit. It doesn't matter what you do because soon after, nearly everyone will be given a termination date either immediately or sometime in the future. A select few (<10%) will not be given a date. For those that do remain, you will eventually be moved to the crossover model that requires you to install a spyware called worksmart that tracks your activities and takes a picture of you every 10 minutes. That is monitored by an international team. People are simply a cog. They don't care about how things impact people, it's 100% about profit. They don't care about the product or customers. They will cut as much as they can and significantly raise prices fully expecting to lose a bunch of customers. So understand that this is what you will face if your company is acquired by Skyvera.

Pros

You can work from anywhere in the world.

Cons

Their environment breeds anxiety. They outsource nearly all jobs. Everybody is a contractor. They provide zero benefits. They require your webcam to be on at all times and snap pictures every few seconds.
