Cons
The company owner will threaten to fire you on a daily basis. No written requirements will be given for your tasks, but instead, you will be given a 1 minute verbal description of what you should do. However, you will still be blamed for failing requirements. With every bug in your code, the owner will threaten to take money off your paycheck. If you don't understand Chinese, be prepared to have google translate permanently open on your second monitor, and dedicating 1/3 of your work time to translating code, variable names, comments and dozens of pages of documentation that is necessary for you to complete your work. However, you will still be blamed for taking too long to finish your task. Sometimes you will get a task assigned to you 1 hour before your end time and you're expected to finish it by the end of the day. You will not be paid extra (or at all) for working overtime to finish it, but you will be reprimanded if you don't. Extremely low compensation.
