Management friendly and understanding. Company has major growth and continues to grow. Pay is better than most places in Glasgow.

Production staff are asked last minute to help work overtime when deadlines needed but they are starting to slash overtime more and more. Work hours and fixed and not flexible - only company I know who has a 5:30pm finish.

Great place to work with an exciting environment and supportive culture. The people are great to work with, and you can tell the company genuinely cares about its employees. It’s a motivating place to be, especially with the exciting projects and goals the company is working towards. There are also good opportunities to progress, with support for training and development that helps you grow in your role.
