      Hybrid work schedule/ good laptop

      Cons

      Managers who extremely micromanage and people who act as managers but are not. You have too many bosses. Extreme case of micromanagement who want your work timed up to the last minute. They set impossible goals. You have managers (expat) who are less empathetic and would require you to go to work reasoning out that you don't need to take a bath to go to work (when you asked permission to adjust your schedule for this reason). They message you even during holidays and weekends. This is a stressful workplace to be in. You will only be regularized if they like you, otherwise, they will let you go in the meanest possible way.

      The situation presented multiple red flags from day one. Toxic Bosses and Micromanagement. Do not apply to this company.

      Cons

      * During the orientation, promised salary increase depends on how long have you working but I stayed for 3 years and also one of the pioneering build the foundation. But no salary increase at all despite of the crisis happening around the world * From 2h+ incentive per contract signed to less than 1h. That's a very drastic adjustment for the agent. * Having Malus Risk deduction without transparency to the agent.
