Pros

Salary on time, that's the only benifit really

Cons

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience here. This was easily one of the most toxic workplaces I’ve ever encountered. There was a constant culture of unrealistic expectations combined with very little organization or leadership. Many processes were unclear or constantly changing, yet employees were still expected to deliver perfect results with minimal support. Communication was poor, and accountability often seemed to fall on the wrong people. The environment felt chaotic and stressful rather than collaborative or professional. Instead of helping employees succeed, the culture often made even basic tasks unnecessarily difficult.

Pros

Friendly Co-workers: The work environment is generally positive, with almost everyone being approachable and willing to help. This camaraderie makes daily tasks more enjoyable. Tech-Savvy Culture: The company embraces technology, which allows for innovative approaches. Staying updated with the latest tools and systems is a significant plus. Room for Improvement: There’s potential for growth and development, both personally and within the company. Feedback is welcomed, and there are opportunities to suggest changes.

Cons

The overabundance of Leadership Roles: The company is top-heavy with numerous "Chief" positions, which creates confusion and slows down decision-making. It often feels like there are more leaders than doers, leading to overwhelming responsibilities for lower-level employees. Toxic Atmosphere from Management: Unfortunately, the management style can be quite toxic, with a lack of support and understanding. This can lead to a stressful work environment that diminishes morale. Poor Work-Life Balance: The company has a questionable understanding of work-life balance. Long hours and high expectations make it challenging to maintain a healthy personal life. Feeling Isolated: If you’re someone who prefers to work independently, this might be a fit. However, it can feel isolating at times, as support from management is lacking.
