Company has no direction or vision. Senior management is sexist and racist, fortunately they are rarely seen or heard from. Employee input (concerns, suggestions) are completely ignored. Competency and hard work are never rewarded and sometimes punished. Pay is poor, with no raises, for anyone, ever. The only avenue to promotion is by being a part of the owner's family or friend group (which is hard if your skin is the wrong color).
