Pros
Work life balance, very bright workforce, travel due to multiple locations, cool product. Got rid of the old Engineering leadership team.
Cons
Org structure creates conflict, not healthy tension. Culture is not enabling success, little passion and excitement in the business this has resulted in a lack of product innovation. Low morale and lots of people building CVs not products to delight customers
