      Pros

      Very reasonable work-life balance Good benefits and a flexible work schedule. Minimal micro-managing from department head. ability to grow within the company. Many employees have also been able to change departments as well.

      Cons

      Some people take advantage of the flexible work schedule and it can be hard to get a hold of them.

      I have been working at Skylite Web more than 3 years. I never felt I am working under pressure, the environment and work culture is very friendly. Having good teamed who always having hunger to learn and explore with new techniques. Motivates new talents and gives opportunity to learn and implement new things. Senior team is fully supportive and helps in all aspects.
