Pros

We design, manufacture and install some very cool projects. Management encourages growth and host various events were employees have a platform to offer suggestions and ideas. Great place if you are looking for a job for life. Nice cold brew coffee on tap; which helps get the day going :) Relaxed work environment with friendly coworkers.

Cons

Not a con of the company, but I have a lengthy commute to work everyday +2 hours each way. In my opinion it is worth the rewards I get from the work.

Pros

The role at Skyline Windows offers diverse opportunities for growth and development. You are involved in a variety of projects, allowing you to build expertise in technical processes, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration. With responsibilities like managing testing protocols, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with clients and teams, you develop leadership and problem-solving skills. The role also enhances your technical knowledge through exposure to industry standards and processes while fostering relationships with clients and team members, building trust and recognition for your contributions.

Cons

Despite its benefits, the role comes with significant challenges, including a high workload and the stress of balancing multiple responsibilities. Poor communication from suppliers and ambiguous internal roles add inefficiencies, while dependency on external stakeholders can delay progress. The lack of clear SOPs and team resource constraints, especially following personnel departures, further complicate project execution.
