Pros
What I value most about Skyline is knowing that my work serves a meaningful purpose. From a moral standpoint, it’s fulfilling to contribute to solutions that genuinely help keep the public safe. Unlike some federal contracting work where resources can feel disconnected from everyday impact, the work we do at Skyline has a clear and positive effect on communities. That’s something all Skyliners can be proud of.
Skyline also has a strong, supportive culture and genuinely cares about its employees. Over the years, I’ve been given numerous opportunities to grow through promotions as well as the ability to move between teams, which has helped me continuously learn and develop professionally.
Cons
Pay can be low compare to industry standard, however, I believe Skyline is aware and addressing this.
