Pros
This company definitely instills the value of leadership and teamwork. Even though outside of the office you are pretty much on your own. You decide how to get the days job done and how to manage your time accordingly. Leadership and Entry Levels really blend together and its a great work environment in the office with the whole crew there. Im still friends with some of the guys I met there. Even the HR Manager is your best friend. You are able to advance to leadership based on personal performance.
Cons
I wasn't told exactly what to expect from this job before I accepted it. I am not sure if that knowledge would have changed my mind or not but I would have liked to know before hand that I had to bring extra clothes. You see, this company has you come into the office for a morning meeting and then go out into the field to have you be a rep for star energy. It is a door to door energy rep gig and some of the quirks of the job are not for everyone. I didn't mind the long hours but they aren't for everyone. Commission based jobs are very hard to live off of when you are just learning the job. There is a base weekly pay of $300 if you opt into that program but from what the other people in the office say, you still have to get at least so many apps a week. Sometimes that was do able,... sometimes it was difficult.
