      Pros

      You are surrounded by intelligent and motivated people. Everybody that you'll work with is friendly and has high EQ. You aren't bogged down by unnecessary business process and you can get things done quickly. The company has a genuine interest in your goals professionally and as a person. Work/life balance is incredible - unlimited PTO and the first Friday of the month off 9 months out of the year.
