Pros

Super rewarding company that encourages all of its employees to have a voice and be a part of everything the company is doing - product launches, marketing campaigns, partnerships, etc. It's really exciting to be a part of a company so early on and be able to be a part of the growth. Smaller companies mean you get to wear more hats, which in turn results in you learning more skills and have more visibility to more departments than you would at a much larger company.

Cons

Due to a leaner team, work load is heavy but it is very rewarding

Pros

If you're looking for a fast-paced, mission -led organization where you can make an impact, this company is for you. The team is collaborative, hard-working, driven, results-oriented and incredibly business savvy. Everyone wears multiple hats (like all startups) and are able to truly shape the future of the business through the team's collaboration. The company is focused on empowering and inspiring women, which manifests in a female-friendly work environment and meaningful products & community cultivation that impact the lives of women across the globe. Our founder, Cat Chen, is one of the most hard-working, passionate people you'll ever work with who empowers her team through clear goal alignment and focus. It's all about one team, one dream at Skylar.

Cons

Like all startups, this is a fast paced environment. You either love that aspect (like me) or hate it.
