- I don’t think of any except of gaining experience

- Poor Management and very poor project management . No technical knowledge at all - Decades old employees are the superior and rest are garbage to them - Bullying environment - Everything is priority 1 even if the stake holder is ok being completed on normal time frame - No career advancement until your peer leaves - No RRSP contributions, poor overall raises - Excessive meetings - Poor overall team environment and management
