Pros
Can't think of any good reasons. Mediocre pay so you don't starve to death.
Cons
Low pay. No benefits. Long hours. Company has no direction. Employees are never heard (literally - the CEO won't listen when you talk). No perks, not even coffee. Florescent one room office reminiscent of an insane asylum.
