Their working style is little bit different from other companies but after working with them it will be wonderful life time experience. They also provide an environment to explore new technologies. I have seen that, even many times no one working on such innovative technologies in Gujarat or India. They have well disciplined culture which will give you positive working culture. Some persons don’t like it and feel like jail but at the end as an organization there should be some rules to maintain good working culture, even at our home our parents have defined some rules so we can be good person. I can say they have one of the best management team with great technical knowledge. Most amazing thing I have liked about them is they have female friendly environment even they specially take care about it. Highly recommended company for any one who want to grow their career. I am working with them for more than 3 years but I have never felt like company its like my family.

As of now I don't have any cons in mind.

I have been working with them for several years and I can say one of the best company for the employees. They will guide you at every stage and push you to the next level. Initially it will look like they are pressuring but they always think about your future. When you have issues with ethics or just want to do fun rather than completing work then this is not company for you. Management also have responsibility to complete project on time and pay your salary on time. One of the best thing about them is they always pay salary on time. If you want to learn and enjoy the work then the best place to work.
