Alright place to work - Engineer SkyWater Technology Foundry Employee Review

Manager was very helpful, attentive, and willing to teach

Company goes through many phases and changes, organization moves around

Work was interesting for the most part. Had some good challenges. Co-workers were great and made some good friends. First couple levels of managers cared and were great.

Typical shortsighted company that talks about how difficult it was to have layoffs then goes ahead and brags about how we've had our best quarter yet. Upper management either is incompetent or doesn't care. Probably both. They reduced what was already terrible pto by a couple hours and made it more difficult for use to earn our fab performance bonuses. Benefits are mediocre. Pay is on the low end. My advice is get a job at any of the other semiconductor companies in Texas. They all pay better and have better benefits.
