      Slightly below average pay, with good benefits.

      Cons

      Company does not make good decisions because of the people at the top are in their 20's and have little leadership experience. Employees are let go on a whim. There are more stable opportunities with companies that appreciate their employees contributions.

      Pros

      None whatsoever I am (along with many others) owed over 20k in wages.

      Cons

      Questionable business practices. They missed payroll and ignored all employees that inquired about their pay. Failed to provide updates on numerous occasions. Haven't paid reimbursement payments fully in 12 weeks. Owe each employee north of 20k. Jeff farstad is a terrible owner and the rest of his executive team are cowards that took a good company down within a few weeks. None of the people in power here should EVER control another company again. Skyskopes is now a failure.
