Franchise locations are often short-staffed therefore ran poorly. This has a negative effect on this remote role, making the job extremely challenging with an overwhelming amount of complaints.
Its a great job for people who enjoy working alone, traveling around town, and getting free stuff from what guests have left behind

It can be taxing, especially in the snow season, to keep up with all the work that is expected for you. The management seem to just wanna do a good job, but there is little feedback on what they dont like about your performance
