      Very work/life balance focused You're going to be busy but it's worth the outcome Availability to advance your knowledge in the industry The team as a whole is extremely helpful, great environment

      Maternity leave could be better but it's not bad for a smaller company.

      - Self-aware leadership with concern for employee satisfaction - Strong value on team - Remote work - High level of independence - Lots of variables to the work means no two days are the same - Focus on continuous improvement - Good PTO policy

      Cons

      - With equal value on all team input, it can be a challenge to keep processes consistent - Work is challenging, so if you're looking for an easy job this is not it - Communication can be difficult at times
