      Nice working place aviation industry and good experience

      Cons

      The agency got closed and terminated for ground handling services. Former employees were ask to transfer to another ground handling agency and pay much lower salary. Decided not to continue since I got pregnant that time.

      You are exposed to different people with different attitudes. Your patience will greatly be challenged, making you more mature in handling situations beyond your control.

      Handling passengers on your own , with little help from your company and not properly being compensated for your good efforts or extra mile.
