      -Management is very responsive to employee concerns -Energetic atmosphere -CEO encourages you to take the lead, which makes you feel empowered - I go home with a feeling of having made a difference in the company - Plenty of opportunities to learn/grow

      -Company is experiencing rapid growth - so pace can be very fast at times -Due to quick pace, some details can be missed

      Coworkers are about the only pro

      Cons

      Management, upper management, the owner. It's not a bad job but the people who run it make it horrible. Expectations are unrealistic, the way the owner treats her employees is pathetic. I truly hope that someday her world comes crashing down on her.
