Pros
Learned a lot about the aerospace industry and what goes into getting food to the customers. That's really about it as a Pro for this company.
Cons
-Lack of training on all fronts -Extremely high expectations with new tasks being added without warning or training. Managing Union Employees without knowledge of Union policy. -Zero work life balance with expectations of being available 24/7 (even when on vacation) -Being required to manage accounts and union support staff with no actual support for myself. -Only person in the company to be managing accounts and union staff. I was not informed that I would be managing staff when I was hired, this was not on the application, job description or discussed in my interviews. It was tossed on me on my first day. (They merged two roles into one and are only paying for one role) -Management only cares for themselves, there is a big "old school" culture here, new staff isnt accepted or warmly accepted unless you have been there 10+ years. -the main office is an embarrassment, ripped shredding carpet, dirty peeling wood floors and dirty walls, this is the same place we bring all clients.
