Pay is quite good. Did a lot of Korean tv shows translation which exposes me to shows I may never pick up. Challenging in a good way, you really find your vocabulary expanding after a few projects.
Cons
Deadline is very tight, if you work part time with another full time job then you will find yourself burnout after a few projects as every hour of your life is consumed with work. It takes a toll on your physical health too.
