      Flexible working hours, established in 1997 so it is old which makes it trustworthy

      Cons

      Bad management and organisation. Lack of efficiency, promises and poor work quality. Overall tasks assigned were very boring with no sense of impact towards the society. The work conducted made little sense and no day felt exciting.

      This is not a company it is like working for a person only, and if the person is not pleased with you they will fire you immediately without mentioning any reason. The company is playing with the careers of young professionals. First, they reach out to them to join their company and once you join if on the next day they change their mind then they will fire you directly
