Even if you sell more on other days. -You only get 10% commission on product sales but only if its their first time buying the product so if you have repeat clients you're not getting commission when they re-up on products that they've bought already which directly lessens your pay and you're pressured to sell them new products they might not even need. -Hours cut even if you're full-time. So pay checks are really inconsistent. And you find out your shift the day you work. NO work life balance whatsoever -Owner and manager want you to suck up to them and be their pet. -Unfair treatment between employees. -Owner has NO knowledge of the Esthetics industry. -Cleanliness is not a priority at the Houston location. -Will have to perform a lot of massage as an esti, including feet, and its not very clean. -Body aches from long hours -No benefits
