      Remote work and christmas gifts

      Cons

      -not flexible enough, have to adjust the calendar 3 weeks prior and if something comes up its very hard to give up or swap the shifts — not a very good compensation structure even if you consistently exceed expectations you barely get a good pay raise — growth opportunities are limited. worked for four years, never even got an offer for promotion. even applied to other higher positions no luck..

      - short wait times - good schedule - high paying orders - good cx service - flexible hours

      Cons

      - have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
