      Sernior leadership is tied to stock price. Cuts and centralization continue to happen. Very cut throat if you make a mistake.

      - short wait times - good schedule - high paying orders - good cx service - flexible hours

      Cons

      - have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
