      DO YOUR RESEARCH! I promise you won’t have to do too much digging to find out why you don’t want to work for them! Read the other reviews! There is so much drama involved with this company. This CEO was full of nothing but lies. And the turnover rate is unreal.

      Great culture. Team members are friendly, helpful, and fun! Lateral Leadership style encourages excellent communication and constant progress!

      Still amidst the process of upgrading marketing process but we are making great progress and have some fantastic people on board!

      Good pay and commission potential

      Cons

      Terrible management, uneducated management that have no experience on how to manage. Very immature, catty and toxic. Management gossips with employees about other employees. Zero home life balance. You are made to feel bad for asking for any time off.
