      Good pay and conditions. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Very bad management at local level. Get rewarded for hard work with more work whilst some do very little. Staff do nothing to improve morale.

      Pros

      A reasonable employer with good flexi time benefits. Pay was good.

      Cons

      Office culture was pretty dull and lifeless. Organisational change happens at a glacial rate which can be quite defeating.

      Workload can be varied Team Leaders and Area managers are supportive , approachable and knowledgeable All my team leaders were always good to me - supportive, interested in my performance , helpful with AL and other days off; but most of all they all trusted my judgements and had confidence in my handling of my workload

      Workload could be at times heavy
