Pros

There are some pros to this organization. Pay is generous, and if you are an experienced consultant, the work is interesting and stimulating. If you are able to put your head down and autonomously do your work this is not a bad job. You will need to be patient and just do your work..until you are ready for your next gig.

Cons

A true startup with a lack of structure, policy and culture. Not a place for lesser experienced consultants due to the expectation of extreme quality work and the small amount of resources for support. There is pressure to produce and everyone is stretched thin. Due to the lack of policies, people have been let go and reprimanded for things a mature organization would be able to work with their employees on. Unfortunately, there is no support and development at this time. It has felt cutthroat, and decisions are often biased. You have to learn the politics, but that is not unusual of a small company. Leadership has changed multiple times, and it is not always clear who is making decisions, or why certain folks are qualified to make decisions. Again, the true definition of a start up. There are many backstabbers and there has been plenty of unacceptable behavior that again, a mature organization would not tolerate. Intellect and bottom line are highly praised while morals and ethics are often brushed off.

Pros

Great people, amazing Workday relationship, exciting positive change happening.

Cons

Virtual and on the smaller size. Not the place to be if you like a big company office feel.

Pros

Pace of innovation. Ability to contribute in a meaningful way. Not micro-managed - lots of freedom to find your niche and do what you like doing. Continued strong outlook and track record of improving processes, delivery, and methodologies. Collaborative co-workers within other workstreams.

Cons

Innovative works requires 'figure it out' mentality, not always a clear path to the right answer in work. Some might enjoy this, but others might find it challenging.
