Pros

At first the paid training seemed nice because you get to learn new skills, but ultimately it turned into a con because there was no set positioning for us with clients so there's no real solid experience unless your placed with a client, its nothing that a actual employer would see and make you valuable to them.

Cons

They take half of your salary that you would get else where, they make you sign a contract for two years and if you breach it you have to pay them $20,000. They lied about your job security, even though you have meetings every week and several of cohorts asked about their next moves with the company they were not transparent, supposed to get a raise after a year instead they fired everybody who wasn't placed with a client. Randomly had to get more certifications in hopes of getting placed with a client and when it was completed still was fired, this whole experience is nothing but paid training was on the bench for 95% " 8 or 9 months" of the time after the 3 months of training. They could've said things were getting shaky prepare for other employment but no staying loyal to that contract and their lies will get you in horrible shape, left this company worse than when started it. I wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy. This company should not be allowed to operate in this manner. If you are unemployed now, stick it out good things will come but DO NOT apply here.

Pros

Good entry level role. Training videos weren't great but you have a proffessor available at any time. You start at 15 dollars during 3 months of training then 27 when you move to the location for the first year. The pay is increased to possibly 32 for the 2nd year depending on your evaluation.

Cons

You will likely need to relocate. The initial role they offer may not be the one you end up with. I was offered a full stack position but I had to pivot to a data engineering role, which I learned was not for me. This specefic role was a data engineer consultant which focused heavily on presenting.
