We did get paid every week. I didn't have to pay anything when I was let go. I had an attorney on stand by just in case!
Cons
I left my 10+ year job for this and it was a big mistake! There is a reason why a lot entry level ppl come here and not the experience individuals. They take advantage of you, your treated like a kid, they lie real bad, the contract is like signing your life away, and they let you go for dumb reasons. Very high turn over rate. ANYONE who said this was a good place was desperate. Luckily, I found better soon after with more pay and I knew my future and location. Keep in mind, I was the most experienced in my 6 person training class. The training class I was supposed to be in they told me no because it was full lol. The trainers know who doesn't fit their profile very early on so be careful. The insurance is sky high!
