Pros
Working at SkillStorm, I am constantly reminded that I made the right decision in coming to here. Not only do I love my teammates and coworkers, but there is also so much opportunity to grow within the organization. In addition, the leaders actually care about employees and building a great culture for them. I've worked at organizations that 'talk the talk' but when it comes down to it, don't actually put in the work to create an environment that reflects that. SkillStorm not only cares about its internal employees but also the consultants and Stormers that work for them. It's a constant topic of conversation on how we can engage them and make sure they love what they're doing and working with us. If you're looking to work for a great organization, I can't recommend SkillStorm enough!
