This is not necessarily a con, but the company is still quite young, very small, and very scrappy, so there is a lack of established systems/processes and things often get done in an ad hoc kind of way.

-Fantastic work environment with some of the smartest people I've ever met. -Flexible work schedule with plenty of vacation and great work-from-home flexibility. -Many interesting & unique challenges that keep things interesting. -Team lunches on Friday in the NYC office. -Feels like a close family that supports you in and outside of work.
