Colleagues are helpful, other than this there are no pros to mention.

Please do not join this company. If you do then you will be regretting soon. Starting from salary to other things none of the promises they do gets full filled. Out of these the main thing is the salary which you cannot except to be on time. You will not be notified from the management or the accounts department about the salary date and even if they mention they will most probably fail to give it on that date. There is a gap of 2 months salary always which they purposefully do. The management is least bothered in paying salary on time. This is the main reason they are losing valuable resources. The CEO of the company recently got married. He was busy enjoying his own moments while keeping his employees salary on hold. He also shamelessly invited all his office employees to his marriage. He had all the money to bear the cost of his own marriage but does not have enough money to pay salary on time. PF also is not submitted regularly even if it gets deducted from salary. They are not paying the salary on time and not submitting the PF regularly. So there is a chance that they are using this money for their personal benefits and might be investing this money somewhere else.

This is the company where you can learn a lot, you can experiment your skills, Soumya Sir, Souvik Sir and Anuradha ma'am are very friendly and communicates directly with the employees to solve the issues. No politics in the office. Co-workers are very helpful and cooperative. Credit goes to HR who keep healthy balance in office.Every company faces the ups and downs it does not mean that company is bad. For the Company revenues, employees are equally responsible so that they can get salary on time. Today company is facing some financial issues, it does not mean people will blame company and write bad words to the company who feeded us in good time. For me Sketch was my 2nd home. As i had to relocate in other city with family orelse i would have continue with Sketch Web Solutions to give my little effort to support the company. Hopeall employees or team members will play a good team work to overcome the problems. Best wishes friends.
