DON'T WORK HERE!!!!! - Wholesale Specialist Skell Employee Review

Bug-A-Salt is a fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! We have an excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The owners really cares about their employees. You may have to work late sometimes, but that is balanced with lots of company wide days off (the most of any company I've worked for). Overall, it's a fair tradeoff.

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working at the company. If you're not a self-starter, or if you can't handle straightforward feedback and directions, this might not be a good fit. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere. and your extra effort will be noticed and rewarded.

The dogs are cute and that's it.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. BUG-A-SALT (Skell Inc.) is such a poorly run company that upper management had to force employees to write positive reviews. If you're considering a position at this company, please do your homework and look at the positive reviews. Notice how they are all similar? Humiliation and threatening to terminate are all on the table at this company.
