Pros
I’m blown away by what the other reviews are saying about management. They’re tough and they have high expectations, but they’re never unfair. Since I’ve started no one in management has been anything but kind to me. In fact, it’s been the exact opposite of what other reviews are saying. My manager has gone out of his way to encourage me to share my thoughts and give any feedback I see. Plus, the CEO made it a point to seek me out during my first week and personally welcome me to the company. As far as my experience goes, management is great!

No company is perfect and Skell is no exception, but to have ex-employees mischaracterize what it’s like to work here and give a completely false impression of the environment and culture is astounding! I know I haven’t been here long, but I’m very good at reading people and I can tell you that everyone at Skell, from my coworkers to managers, are incredible people who have no evil intention of being cruel or unfair. I know this is a long review, but I already feel so loyal to the company that I couldn’t help but speak out and let others know what it’s really like to work here.
