- lack of maturity - intrusive CEO, does not respect the hierarchy and organization - heavy atmosphere and big pressure on employees - unrealistic objectives - no consideration to the employees, with the Covid-19, over 25% of the staff were pushed out and the others had to accept a consequent cut on their salaries

Hello! Thank you for spending time to let us know what you think is not working in our company. We are committed to creating a transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees, so I am of course disappointed to hear about some of your experiences, although I am also glad that you have appreciated learning more about ultracapacitors The way our company works may be different from other ones in the sector and we praise ourselves for having a flat hierarchy. While this has often helped us attract new candidates, and of course retain them in the long-term in our company, we also understand it may not be suitable for everyone. Because being honest with each other is one of our core values, we are always looking for ways to ensure our employees feel safe to express their feedback and are involved in setting up (realistic) goals and objectives. It is undoubtedly something that can be improved, and we are working hard on it. Similarly, “get sh** done” is indeed one of our mottos but we also complement it with another one: “use good judgment”. We may not emphasize enough on it, but it is equally important as getting things done and we strongly encourage employees at every level to always share and use information to inform sound choices for the future. Regarding Covid19, the figures you mentioned are not accurate but, indeed, as many companies, especially in R&D intensive and capital-intensive industry, we have had to make tough decisions. Very Good Eco Friendly Products

Cons

CANNOT and NEVER trust their UNRELIABLE senior management. They never countersign the agreement. They delay your payments and and finally REFUSE to pay your dues. Legally you cannot claim your dues because they NEVER counter signed the agreement. Before joining, ask their Human Resources Department, how many of their employees left within a year and their reason for leaving.

There is nothing good to say about the company.

Cons

The company had a so-called “original group,” consisting of the startup’s founding and earliest hires. They were neither given warnings nor fired, even if they did not do any work. In addition, they received higher salaries and were promoted. Many of them did not even have the proper educational background to lead or perform the roles they were assigned to. The company also hired people into senior positions based solely on their CVs, often from elite schools, but they lacked actual skills and were dismissed during their probation period because no one was properly managing them. Those who actually delivered results and did real work did not receive promotions or salary increases. The CEO runs the company through fear and makes sure that you will not find employment elsewhere either, as they have connections and will speak negatively about you. If you said even one wrong word or told the CEO “no,” you were immediately fired without any warning. This is why the company is not successful or growing. I recommend avoiding this company.
